Poland has proposed a trilateral partnership with the United States and Ukraine to produce PAC-3 interceptor missiles for Patriot air-defense systems, according to Polsat News. Warsaw wants the production line located on Polish territory, presenting Poland as a safer manufacturing base. The proposal is intended to address U.S. concerns over establishing such a facility directly in Ukraine, where defense-industrial sites remain exposed to repeated Russian strikes. 
If the proposal moves forward, it could combine Ukrainian wartime demand and experience, Polish industrial capacity and a more secure NATO-based production site with U.S. technology.
