The Tompkins County District Attorney is reopening a review of a 2024 sexual assault allegation involving Cornell University after a civil lawsuit drew renewed attention to the case. The lawsuit names Cornell, the Chi Phi fraternity, Delta Delta Delta, a local bar and nightclub, and several individuals.
