a solo date in NYC with no real plan | 23K steps, brooklyn bridge + bakery taste test

today’s vlog is a no-plan solo day in NYC because honestly, i really needed a “me” day lol

i’ve been feeling pretty stressed lately and realized i wanted a day with no packed schedule and no real agenda. it was a beautiful, sunny day, so i just wanted to get out of the apartment, explore parts of NYC i hadn’t really seen before, and eat some yummy food. so, i took myself on a solo date and somehow ended up walking 23,000 steps.

i started the morning at home with tea and a quick breakfast before heading out. then i spent the day wandering around Brooklyn, going to Prospect Park, doing a little bakery taste test with some goodies from Radio Bakery, walking across the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan, and ending the night with casual birthday dinner plans with friends 🙂 a realistic but spontaneous solo day in my life. i really needed a reset day like this, and it was such a good reminder that sometimes the best days are the ones you don’t overthink.

thank you for watching 🙂 let me know if you enjoy vlogs like this

RT by @mikenov: RT by @mikenov: 🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran just published all 14 clauses of the MoU. Read them carefully, because this is not the deal Trump described. The headline numbers: $300 billion in reconstruction commitments from the US and allies. $24 billion in released frozen funds, half before negotiations even start. Complete naval blockade lifted within 30 days. US forces withdrawn from around Iran. Here’s the big one: Hormuz reopens under Iranian arrangements, meaning Iran keeps management of the strait. The nuclear clause is Clause 9: Iran reiterates its commitment not to produce nuclear weapons. That’s it. No enrichment cap. No dismantlement. No inspector access beyond existing framework

US and Iran reach peace deal

US President Donald Trump has confirmed reports, initially from Pakistan, that the US and Iran have reached a deal.

“Ships of the World, start your engines. Let the oil flow!”, he wrote on Truth Social.

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has also confirmed in a phone call on state TV that a deal with the US has been finalised and reportedly said the official signing will happen in Switzerland on Friday.

Crimea’s First Food Shortages: The Real Cost of Putin’s War

Crimea is facing its first major food shortages—a stark sign of what happens when the reality of a war economy finally catches up with the Kremlin’s flagship region. While state propaganda claims everything is under control, the empty shelves in Crimean stores reveal a completely different story. In today’s Weekly Economic Review, we break down the severe supply-chain stress, regional logistics breakdown, and the hidden system failures currently cannibalizing the Russian economy from the inside out.

We organize today’s analysis into three critical blocks to show how deep this crisis goes:
-microeconomic Agents: How ordinary citizens, consumers, and regional retailers are adapting to sudden shortages, banking pressures, and the rising cost of basic survival.
-the Microeconomy: A deep dive into the broken logistics networks, transport vulnerabilities, and production deficits crippling the supply lines to the peninsula.
-the Macroeconomy: The compounding pressure of sanctions, runaway inflation, the reality of the war economy, and the widening gap between Moscow’s official numbers and real-world conditions.

This isn’t just about regional distribution issues—it is a clear signal of structural decay under wartime distortions. Watch the full review to understand how the Kremlin system works behind closed doors, and what these empty shelves mean for the immediate future of Russia’s economic stability.
