Twin brother takes the stand in Sandra Birchmore murder trial


William “Billy” Farwell, the twin brother of ex-cop Matthew Farwell, testified Monday under a grant of federal immunity. He admitted to a sexual relationship with Sandra, including while on duty as a police officer, and said he didn’t know she was also involved with his twin. Sandra’s cousin, Barbara Wright, told “Jesse Weber Live” she doesn’t believe his story and wants to know if Billy is the “mystery man” seen on longer surveillance footage walking past the apartment doorway just before Matthew leaves. “Twins know everything about each other,” she said.
