🇸🇾 🇹🇷 A massive blast just tore through a weapons depot near Idlib… and Syria could be the next front to blow open. Nobody has claimed it and the cause is still unknown, but footage shows wave after wave of secondary explosions, the kind you get from a fully stocked arms depot. It looks like one more piece of a wider shadow war, with Syria possibly sliding toward another round of civil war, this time involving Turkish backed forces and Druze factions. A new Syrian war breaking out while Israel and Iran are already circling each other would drag every neighbor deeper into the mess. @WeTheBrandon

Mario Nawfal (@MarioNawfal)🇮🇱 🇮🇷 Israel’s own security chiefs are reportedly SPLIT over hitting Iran before Tuesday’s election… and the army chief is the one saying no.

Channel 12 reports Israel’s army chief resisted the Iran operation Netanyahu wanted and demanded signed legal authorization first.

CNN says he also warned America’s top general that an attack could push back the vote.

The new Mossad chief reportedly wanted to act right away, while Haaretz says senior Mossad officials opposed it over fears it served Netanyahu’s campaign. Netanyahu’s office calls the reports fake news.

Tuesday’s winner now inherits a fight over whether Israel’s generals or its politicians get the final word on the next war with Iran.

NASA’s fire-detection satellites picked up a heat signature above 70 units at a gas-oil separation plant east of the Hawiyah gas complex about an hour ago, while identical plants nearby read under one, which open-source trackers say points to an uncontained fire.

A separation plant is where crude comes out of the ground mixed with gas and water and gets split so it can be shipped, so a fire there stops oil from moving even if the field underneath is untouched.

Ghawar alone pumps around 4 million barrels a day, and with Brent already at $115 on the Iran blockade, the market opens in a few hours on a question nobody has answered: how much of that is offline.
