@GeoConfirmed @FaytuksNetwork @UAControlMapExilenova+ (@Exilenova_plus)The Ukrainian Defense Forces are striking a building that used to house “Ukrtelcom” in the occupied city of Luhansk.
The attack is targeting the “Lugacom” building, which houses a center for telecommunications services and a center for information technology and technical support.
“Lugacom” provides mobile communication, internet access, and data transmission services in the occupied Luhansk region.
Yesterday, you likely saw a similar strike in the occupied city of Donetsk, where attackers targeted a building associated with dozens of organizations, including telecommunications operators and internet providers.
Dozens of explosions were heard in Luhansk.— https://x.com/Exilenova_plus/status/2112687621474287895
