Musayevin sözlərinə görə, o, saxlanılan şəxsin ailəsi ilə müqavilə bağlayaraq hüquqi yardım göstərmək istəyib. Lakin müstəntiq sənədləri qəbul etməkdən imtina edib.
“Müstəntiq sənədləri qəbul etməkdən imtina etdi. “Nə şiş yansın, nə kabab” deyərək mənə yol göstərməklə məni yola verməyə çalışdı, alınmadı. 102 xidmətinə zəng etdim, bax, xidmət həqiqətən yola verdi. Daha sonra Xəzər Rayon Prokurorluğuna gedib məsələni prokuror müavininə izah etdim. Tədbir görmək əvəzinə o da məni yola verib İstintaq Şöbəsinin rəisinin yanına göndərdi. Şöbə rəisi isə ümumiyyətlə qəbul etməkdən imtina etdi. Bax belə! Sonra deyirik ki, bizdə bütün hüquqlar təmin olunur”, – vəkil bildirib.
Musayev saxlanılan şəxsin müdafiəsinə qoşulmaq üçün etdiyi müraciətlərin nəticəsiz qaldığını deyir.
Son həftələr ölkənin bir sıra məktəblərində hicablı şagird və müəllimlərin dərslərə buraxılmaması ilə bağlı məlumatlar yayılıb. Bu hallar Nazirlər Kabinetinin dövlət ümumi təhsil müəssisələrində geyim qaydalarına dəyişiklik etməsindən sonra baş verib. Qərarda hicabın qadağan olunması birbaşa göstərilməsə də, bəzi məktəblərdə yeni qaydalar hicabın qadağan edilməsi kimi tətbiq olunub.
Oktyabrın 12-dən etibarən bir sıra məktəblərdə bu qərara etiraz aksiyaları keçirilib.
Daxili İşlər Nazirliyi (DİN) etirazlarla əlaqədar 37 nəfərin saxlanıldığını açıqlayıb. Nazirlik iddia edib ki, Bakıda bir qrup şəxs məktəblərdə vahid geyim qaydalarının tətbiqi ilə bağlı təhsil işçiləri ilə münaqişə yaradıb, təhsil müəssisələrinə zərər vurub və onların normal fəaliyyətinə mane olmağa çalışıb.
Bəzi dini fəallar isə etirazlarla əlaqədar ölkə üzrə 400-ə yaxın şəxsin saxlanıldığını iddia edirlər. Müstəqil mənbələr bu rəqəmi təsdiqləməyib.

Falcons Meet – 2026 joint tactical flight exercise, conducted in Azerbaijan with the participation of aviation assets and air defense systems of the Air Forces of Azerbaijan and the United Arab Emirates, has concluded.
The Ministry of Defense told Report that, in accordance with the exercise plan, military personnel from both countries demonstrated a high level of combat readiness and accurately accomplished assigned tasks during the activities conducted in coordination across the various phases of the exercise.
The professionalism demonstrated by the participants throughout the exercise played an important role in enhancing combat effectiveness and improving interoperability between the Air Forces of the two countries.
