🇺🇦 Ukraine’s military intelligence has released footage of a month-long series of drone strikes against high-value Russian military assets, including a Tornado-S rocket launcher, a Buk-M3 air-defense system, an Orion UAV and four radar stations.

Parliament approved a government-backed bill 151–79 at its first legislative stage.

It would require foreign non-residents to pay for treatment in Portugal’s public health system or provide proof of insurance, while preserving access to urgent care.

Government parties argue taxpayers shouldn’t be left with unpaid bills when people travel to Portugal specifically for treatment.

The measure isn’t law yet, it still needs committee review and a final parliamentary vote.

Türkiye, Qatar, Pakistan and Indonesia have signed a defence cooperation agreement in Doha aimed at strengthening their defensive capabilities.

The accord covers military exercises and training, research and development, and cooperation to strengthen the countries’ defence industries, Türkiye’s Defence Ministry said.
