A Houthi military spokesman says the group targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Aramco’s Rabigh refinery, Abha airport, the Khamis Mushait air base and sites in Najran and Jazan.
Residents in northern Riyadh say blasts rattled windows near the airport and flights are badly delayed, though Saudi Arabia hasn’t confirmed any hits.
Rabigh sits on the Red Sea coast Saudi oil now depends on to skip Hormuz, so the Houthis are answering the push on Bab al-Mandeb by aiming at the bypass route itself.
