Sean “Diddy” Combs’ spokesperson slammed the Netflix documentary ‘Sean Combs: The Reckoning,’ claiming the 50 Cent-produced special uses “stolen footage” and is a “personal breach of trust.”

A Netflix spokesperson later said the claims made about the doc are “false.”

“The project has no ties to any past conversations between Sean Combs and Netflix,” read the statement to E! News. “The footage of Combs leading up to his indictment and arrest were legally obtained. This is not a hit piece or an act of retribution. Curtis Jackson is an executive producer but does not have creative control. No one was paid to participate.”

The Federal Bureau of Prisons has moved Combs’ release date to a month later than first listed.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing more time in jail as his release date has been pushed back to June 2028 after he allegedly was drinking in prison. He was also accused of making a prohibited three-way phone call.

Sean “Diddy” Combs does not seem to be making a good first impression at Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institute in New Jersey.

Within days of getting busted for allegedly consuming homemade alcohol at the low-security prison he was transported to late last month, he got in trouble for allegedly participating in a prohibited three-way phone call.

CBS News reported Monday that the call in question occurred on Nov. 3, just four days after the rapper was transferred to the new facility from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY.
