Prezidentin digər sərəncamları ilə Teymur Musayev səhiyyə naziri vəzifəsindən azad edilərək Baş nazirin müavini təyin olunub. O, 2022-ci il yanvarın 19-dan səhiyyə naziri vəzifəsində çalışırdı.

Anar Bayramov isə 2026-cı ilin aprelindən TƏBİB-in icraçı direktoru idi.

Səhiyyə sahəsində idarəetmənin dəyişdirilməsi ilə bağlı fərmana əsasən, TƏBİB-in hüquq və öhdəlikləri, eləcə də əmlakı Səhiyyə Nazirliyinin tabeliyində yaradılacaq eyniadlı publik hüquqi şəxsə keçəcək.

Yeni qurum dövlət qeydiyyatına alınanadək mövcud TƏBİB fəaliyyətini davam etdirəcək. Bu müddətdə onun Müşahidə Şurasının səlahiyyətlərini Səhiyyə Nazirliyinin yaradacağı komissiya həyata keçirəcək.

Fərmana əsasən, TƏBİB-in cari fəaliyyətinə sədr və onun dörd müavinindən ibarət İdarə Heyəti rəhbərlik edəcək. Onların vəzifəyə təyin və vəzifədən azad edilməsi Səhiyyə Nazirliyi tərəfindən həyata keçiriləcək.

Nazirlər Kabinetinə isə üç ay ərzində TƏBİB-in yeni nizamnaməsinin layihəsini və qanunvericiliyə dəyişikliklərlə bağlı təklifləri hazırlamaq tapşırılıb.
