🇮🇷🇺🇸 Iran says its air defenses are now stronger than before the war started
The army spokesman told the semi-official ISNA that a “significant portion” of the radars and launchers destroyed in the war have been repaired, “new equipment” has been added, and the IRGC has run joint drills with it.
He also claimed US warships have already backed off more than 300 miles from Iran’s coast and “will be forced to flee even further in the coming days.”
The read from Tehran’s negotiating team is just as flat.
An aide to the parliament speaker leading the talks posted that “all sources we consult to gauge the enemy’s intent agree that a threat is imminent,” and that if Trump wants to declare victory “he will likely have to target Iran’s nuclear program.”
