Bu barədə AİHM-in oktyabrın 13-də açıqladığı “Rəhmanzadə və başqaları Azərbaycana qarşı” qərarında bildirilir. İş üzrə şikayətçilər Esmira Rəhmanzadə, Zarina Nutsalova, Elina Hüseynova, Sevinc Yusifova və Nemət Zeynalovdur. Onların mənzillərini və yaşayış evlərindəki paylarını 2016-cı ilin iyulunda Yasamal Rayon İcra Hakimiyyəti söküb. Şikayətçilər əmlaklarının qanunsuz olaraq əllərindən alındı
