Avropa İnsan Hüquqları Məhkəməsi (AİHM) Bakının Yasamal rayonunda 2016-cı ildə evləri sökülən beş nəfərin mülkiyyət hüququnun pozulduğunu müəyyən edib. Məhkəmə Azərbaycan dövlətinin şikayətçilərə maddi və mənəvi zərər, eləcə də məhkəmə xərclərinə görə ümumilikdə 137 min 900 avro ödəməsinə qərar verib.
Bu barədə AİHM-in oktyabrın 13-də açıqladığı “Rəhmanzadə və başqaları Azərbaycana qarşı” qərarında bildirilir.
İş üzrə şikayətçilər Esmira Rəhmanzadə, Zarina Nutsalova, Elina Hüseynova, Sevinc Yusifova və Nemət Zeynalovdur. Onların mənzillərini və yaşayış evlərindəki paylarını 2016-cı ilin iyulunda Yasamal Rayon İcra Hakimiyyəti söküb.
Şikayətçilər əmlaklarının qanunsuz olaraq əllərindən alındığını, evlərindən çıxarıldıqlarını və təklif olunan kompensasiyaların əmlaklarının real dəyərini qarşılamadığını bildiriblər.
Sakinlər həmçinin mülklərinin bazar dəyərinin əlavə 20 faizi həcmində kompensasiya, eləcə də köçürülmə ilə əlaqədar çətinliklərə görə daha 10 faiz ödəniş tələb ediblər.

CNN Report: U.S. officials familiar with internal planning say the military has drawn up new strike options against Iranian nuclear sites and energy infrastructure that include the GBU-43/B MOAB, the largest non-nuclear bomb in the American arsenal. The plans await an order from President Trump to resume combat operations, which could come before or after the midterm elections. 🇺🇸 Scott Bessent is calling for major World Bank reforms, including lifting restrictions on financing oil and gas extraction projects.
Bessent argues that countries should be allowed to develop their energy resources without the bank automatically excluding fossil fuel projects.
He also wants the World Bank to support deep-sea mining for critical minerals and expand investment in nuclear energy.
Other demands include limiting borrowing by wealthier countries such as China and Poland and reforming procurement rules to encourage competition.
Bessent also urged the IMF to take a tougher stance against economic policies that distort global trade in an apparent reference to China.
The proposals reflect the Trump administration’s push to reshape international financial institutions around its energy and economic priorities.
