The order says Pennsylvania had 977 cases and five deaths as of Oct. 2, in rural counties that border New York.
THL’s Mia Kontio says the risk for a traveler is very low. She compares it to Finland in 2011, when 27 cases led to no special national measures. MMR is given at 12 months, from six if needed. People born 1965–1975 may lack protection.
