Multiple projectiles, several casualties, and a ship sitting nearly 60 miles off Qatar… nowhere near the strait where most of these attacks happen.
UKMTO still hasn’t said how many were killed or hurt or whose ship it was, and nobody has claimed it.
It caps the worst week for tanker attacks of the entire war, followed hours later by a suspected strike on a supertanker off the UAE’s Fujairah.

A tanker has come under attack about 51 nautical miles (94 kilometers) north of Qatar’s coast, with casualties reported.
According to Report, citing the UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO), the vessel was struck by several projectiles.
No information has yet been released regarding the number of casualties.
UKMTO has launched an investigation into the incident.
No further details have been disclosed so far.
The solar panel manufacturing project launched in Alat, Azerbaijan, is bringing a new dimension to the country’s energy transformation.
