🇺🇸🇷🇺 The U.S. Embassy in Moscow just put out a plague alert for Siberia.

It’s tracking reports of suspected pneumonic plague in the Irkutsk region, tied to 1 death, quarantines and hospital closures, and is telling Americans there to steer clear of affected facilities and see a doctor fast if they get a fever.

It also reminded Americans that they shouldn’t be in Russia at all, and that anyone who is should leave now, with an exit plan that doesn’t count on Washington.

Plague or no plague, the U.S. message to Americans in Russia hasn’t changed, and it’s basically that they’re on their own.

Avropa İnsan Haqları Məhkəməsi (AİHM) “ criminal.az” saytının baş redaktoru Anar Məmmədovun Gəncə hadisələri barədə məqalələrinə görə məhkum edilməsinin onun ifadə azadlığını pozduğunu müəyyən edib. Məhkəmə jurnalistin şəxsi həyatına müdaxilə və əşyalarının götürülüb uzun müddət saxlanılması ilə bağlı da pozuntu tanıyıb.

Oktyabrın 6-da elan olunan “Anar Məmmədov Azərbaycana qarşı” qərarında Avropa İnsan Hüquqları Konvensiyasının 8-ci və 10-cu maddələrinin, həmçinin mülkiyyət hüququnu qoruyan 1 saylı Protokolun 1-ci maddəsinin pozulduğu göstərilir.

İş 2018-ci ilin iyulunda Gəncənin ovaxtkı icra başçısına qarşı sui-qəsddən sonra dərc edilmiş məqalələrlə bağlıdır. Məmmədov iyulun 3-5-də hadisənin ehtimal olunan səbəbləri barədə yazılar yayımlayıb.
