In a changing world, why navigate blind?

Maps show where things are. GEOINT + OSINT help explain what’s actually happening there. 🗺️🛰️

Migration patterns, infrastructure, economics and public signals become far more useful when connected.

Orbit Lab X is building that layer.

🇮🇹 Starlink put a video call on a normal 4G phone in the Italian mountains, with no tower and no dish.

Fastweb and Vodafone ran the test with Starlink in Umbria, where the cell signal dies.

The phone switches to the satellite on its own, on the carrier’s band, and WhatsApp went through, including video.

No special SIM, and no antenna on the roof needed.

The trial ran for about 3 months and wrapped up at the end of September.

No date yet for when you can buy it, and emergency calls still don’t go over it.

The hard part is already done. A phone you already own talked to a satellite, and the video held.

🇦🇷🇧🇯 Messi scored THE THIRD, and he had a hand in the first 2!!!

Otamendi’s volley came off his corner. Paz’s shot came off his pass. Then a penalty, and it was 3-0 against Benin.

He couldn’t finish without giving this to his people 🫶🏻

🇦🇷🇧🇯 Fans at Messi’s farewell spent the minutes before kickoff calling the head of Argentine soccer a rat.

The chant was “Chiqui Tapia botón,” aimed at Claudio Tapia, president of the AFA, before the match began.

The stands used the gap to go after the man who runs the federation.

They showed up for Messi and still wouldn’t give Tapia a free pass. The song was the receipt.
