Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie has revealed how Donald Trump’s 2016 victory speech came together on election night, saying Trump’s team did not believe he was going to win.

Christie said that around 10:30 p.m., Stephen Miller approached him and said he had an “exquisitely crafted” concession speech, but no victory speech had been prepared.
