Comment Section Rules
Respectful Dialogue Only: Disagreements are welcome—encouraged, even—but keep it mature and thoughtful. Ask questions, spark conversation, and debate in good faith.
No Lazy Takes: Don’t just shout into the void. Comments like “X player sucks” bring nothing to the table. If you’ve got a take, back it up. Explain your perspective so the discussion can actually go somewhere.
Collaborate, Don’t Demean: This space values smart and constructive basketball conversations. No insults, trolling, or toxic behavior.
Keep It Civil: Avoid profanity, hate speech, and inflammatory remarks. Treat everyone with basic decency, even when you strongly disagree.
One Strong Preference (Read This):
Take some pride in how you write. A few typos are fine—we’re all human—but if your comment looks like it was written with your eyes closed, I’m calling it out. If English isn’t your first language, no problem. But if it is, let’s raise the bar. A good coach helps you get better on and off the court—same deal here.
Consequences for Breaking the Rules:
If you violate these guidelines, your comments will be hidden from the channel. You can still post, but no one—including me—will see them.
Persistent offenders may be permanently blocked.
Let’s build a smarter basketball community. If you’re here to engage, welcome. If not, keep it moving.
