Sergey Aksyonov (the Russian-installed head of occupied Crimea, Ukraine) announced today, Sunday, June 21, 2026, that as of 09:00 Moscow time, all fuel sales at Crimean gas stations to civilians (both individuals and legal entities) have been fully suspended for cash, card, and even existing coupons/vouchers.
Fuel is now reserved exclusively for state/government services (military, emergency, police, the ruling elite, oligarchs, Putin’s yacht, etc.).
