Trump Autopens the Iran Deal, Lands a Res at G7 Summit & Spawns an Algae Conspiracy

The president showed up at the G7 summit to get presents and show off his finally final peace agreement with Iran, while planning to ditch the signing ceremony in favor of a dinner at his ultimate Pinterest inspo, Versailles. Plus, Trump’s $14 million project to fix the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool is only reflecting back an algae-green mess, and MAGA supporters suspect sabotage. #DailyShow #JordanKlepper #Trump #ReflectingPool #Iran

Obama vs Trump on Iran: Experts compare deal strategy

Former President Barack Obama has been asked in recent weeks to compare his own Iran efforts with Donald Trump’s. The prediction from Obama is that whatever Trump achieves will be very similar to the JCPOA, which Trump tore up in his first term.

“It is doubtful that any agreement that arises is going to be significantly different or a significant improvement from the deal that we had in the first place,” Obama told ABC’s Robin Roberts in an interview that aired Monday.

Fareed Zakaria and experts compare the approaches between both presidents.

Pinned: NEW: Russian authorities and energy companies are increasingly restricting the sale of gasoline and diesel in Russia as Ukraine’s long-range strikes against Russian oil infrastructure cause shortages. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky continues to express willingness to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin — an invitation the Kremlin continues to reject. Russia reportedly has one remaining operational Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) left in its arsenal but will likely seek to manufacture more. Neither Ukrainian nor Russian forces recently advanced. Russian forces launched two ballistic missiles and 132 drones against Ukraine overnight.
