The United States and Iran have reached a tentative agreement aimed at ending the conflict and reopening the Strait of Hormuz, according to senior U.S. officials. President Donald Trump says both sides have already signed the agreement virtually, with a formal signing ceremony expected later this week in Geneva following the G7 Summit in France.
The agreement has already sparked a major reaction in global markets.
