Larry Wilkerson has seen this before, watching Cheney pull diplomats out of direct talks with North Korea mid-flight to Pyongyang. “Trust is not writing a memo or describing it on paper. Trust is what you feel and what you do. If you don’t build trust over the course of negotiations, you’re never going to achieve anything. I don’t think anything diplomatic is going to solve this.”
