🇺🇸 The family of an Arizona man who died after a confrontation with Phoenix police has filed a federal lawsuit alleging officers used excessive force after he was injected with ketamine and restrained face-down. Robert Hough was reportedly experiencing a drug-related or mental-health crisis, with the medical examiner citing cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl intoxication among the factors contributing to his death. 🇵🇰 Pakistan is lining Attock Bridge with metal spikes to stop Imran Khan’s supporters from marching on Islamabad this Sunday. The bridge is the main crossing between Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, where PTI’s caravan is set to start its march demanding Khan’s release from jail. More than 2,000 shipping containers, some welded together with outward-facing spikes, have sealed off roads into the capital, and around 30,000 security personnel are being deployed in Attock alone. Hospitals in Islamabad have even been told to prepare for a possible mass casualty incident. Imran is sitting in a prison cell, but that’s not enough.
