A protest against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in NYC resulted in arrests ahead of his UN speech.

The protest called out claims of genocide against Netanyahu, who has rejected war crimes allegations. NYC mayor Zohran Mamdani has also made such claims against Israel’s leader, and is expected to be a target in Netanyahu’s speech.

While speaking with reporters on Capitol Hill, Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) reacted to the Trump-Xi AI agreement discussions amid the Presidents’ meeting today.
