A US judge had temporarily overturned bans placed on MS Now, CNN and Politico from the White House.
A District of Columbia court issued a temporary restraining order against the ban, meaning CNN, MS NOW and Politico must have their access restored for 14 days, after ruling the move “likely violated their constitutional due process rights”.
The Trump administration defended the move in court, accusing the outlets of publishing false information and threatening national security – an argument the court rejected.

The march, which is planned for Sunday, is demanding Khan’s release, and the government is pulling out every stop to keep it from happening.
Punjab, Pakistan’s most populous province, has banned any gathering of 5 or more people in public for the next 13 days, citing intelligence warnings of possible suicide bombings and car bombs at large crowds.
Islamabad is already on lockdown, mobile and internet service is set to be cut in neighboring Rawalpindi, and reports say roads into the capital will be blocked with shipping containers and trenches, with bus routes suspended.
For a march the government says it isn’t worried about, it’s going to a lot of trouble.
