The US military said it struck Iranian bridges and collapsed a tower at a key port as the US campaign against Iran appears to be expanding. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps claims it hit a US base in Syria on Friday, but the US said it had withdrawn from that base in February.

President Trump used his primetime speech on Thursday night to allege interference by China during the presidential election in 2020, adding that his priority is ensuring election integrity for the midterms.
