Occupiers from the Russian Dnipro Forces group in the Kherson area are experiencing a severe shortage of high-speed motorboats due to Ukrainian drone strikes. The Atesh partisan movement announced this , citing its agent at the scene. Most of the floating craft in the Dnieper Delta’s island zone have been destroyed, and command is not supplying new equipment. This has resulted in serious logistical problems: units are experiencing difficulties delivering ammunition and evacuating the wounded, who are sometimes left at their positions for several days. Atesh also claims that Russian troops are experiencing a shortage of modern electronic warfare systems. The remaining systems, according to a source, are ineffective against the new Ukrainian drones, allowing the Ukrainian Defense Forces to continue destroying floating vessels. All information received by the partisans has already been passed on to the Ukrainian military.
Ukrainian forces systematically target and disrupt Russian supply routes across the occupied left bank and southern supply corridors, throwing occupiers’ logistics in the Kherson region into severe disarray. Constant artillery and drone strikes force the Russian military to abandon direct routes, rely on costly detours, and endure severe fuel and supply deficits. Growing alarm is gripping the Russian-installed occupation administration in the Kherson region, led by Vladimir Saldo, as Ukrainian Armed Forces intensify strikes on supply lines and logistics infrastructure supporting occupying troops. Reports indicate a heightened state of anxiety within the administration following recent attacks on key logistical hubs. This escalation marks a significant shift in the conflict, targeting the very networks that sustain Russian military operations in the area.

Ukrainian strikes are concentrated near Chongar, the Arabat Spit, and along the ‘Novorossiya’ highway. Genichesk, once considered a relatively safe zone, is now facing regular attacks, further fueling unease among both local residents and occupation officials. In response, there is growing discussion about potentially dismantling the Kherson occupation administration and relocating it to the Zaporizhzhia region—a move that underscores severe governance and security challenges. The increasing frequency of attacks on logistics infrastructure reflects a deliberate strategy by Ukrainian forces to apply sustained pressure on occupying troops in the Kherson region. This approach risks crippling the occupiers’ supply capabilities and could force structural changes in their administrative presence. The current crisis highlights the immense difficulty of maintaining control amid active military campaigns and underscores the critical role resource management plays for both sides in the conflict.

Commander of the second artillery battery of the artillery division of the 34th Separate Marine Brigade “Borysfen”, Senior Lieutenant Yevhen Kravchenko says that on the temporarily occupied left bank of the Kherson region, Russian units have encountered difficulties with army supplies. The Ukrainian army regularly strikes logistical routes under the control of the occupiers. According to the officer, due to such strikes the enemy is facing serious problems with delivering personnel, ammunition and other resources to the front line. “On the left bank of occupied Kherson region the enemy feels very bad. We do not let them approach the front line and bring in logistics. Now supplies are complicated not only to the line of contact, but also throughout the entire occupied Kherson region,” Kravchenko noted.
