DAY 8 OF THE 40-DAY CAMPAIGN: ECONOMIC MELTDOWN – UKRAINIAN DRONES COST THE KREMLIN 1 TRILLION RUBLES! 📉🔥💰

The Kremlin’s economic facade has officially shattered. Russia’s own Ministry of Finance has been forced to release damning data proving that Ukraine’s relentless drone campaign against oil refineries has inflicted catastrophic, systemic damage on the Russian economy.

The financial breakdown issued directly from Moscow outlines a historic bleed:

💸 A Trillion-Ruble Bailout: For the third consecutive month, the Russian federal treasury has shelled out record-breaking emergency subsidies to domestic oil giants to prevent a total collapse of the domestic fuel market. Over the last three months alone, Moscow has hemorrhaged 1.029 trillion rubles in state bailouts—an amount equal to the entire combined annual budgets of massive industrial regions like Krasnoyarsk or Sverdlovsk.

📉 State Revenues Hit a 6-Year Low: Every third ruble the Kremlin collects in mineral extraction taxes is now instantly refunded back to failing oil companies in the form of emergency subsidies. For the first half of the year, Russia’s raw commodity revenues plummeted by 23 percent, sinking the state budget’s core income stream to its lowest level since 2020.

🛠️ Moscow Refinery Paralyzed Until 2027: The structural damage is devastating. Investment bank Sinara estimates that repairing the primary Moscow refinery alone—which has suspended operations until 2027 after being crippled by two separate drone strikes—will cost upwards of $1 billion.

My take:This is the textbook definition of successful economic attrition. By systematically vaporizing Russia’s high-value refining nodes one by one, Ukraine is forcing the Kremlin to drain its federal reserves just to artificially stabilize domestic gas prices.
When Putin is forced to spend hundreds of billions on repairs while watching his energy revenues drop to pandemic-era lows, the sustainability of his war machine crumbles. The clock is ticking, the refineries are burning, the rubles are vaporizing, and the Kremlin is running out of money! ⏳🔥🇷🇺
