Mohammed Al-Hadadd, in Tripoli on Monday, during a two-day trip to the country earlier this week, the first visit to Libya since Gen. Anderson became the Commander of AFRICOM. On Tuesday, Gen. Anderson and Berndt travelled east to Benghazi, meeting with senior officials in Libyan National Army (LNA), including Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar and Deputy Commander Gen. Saddam Haftar.
