Hungary calls Russia aggressor, Ukraine victim, but rules out sending arms

Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar said at the NATO summit in Ankara that Ukraine is the victim of the war and Russia the aggressor.

He said Hungary will continue providing humanitarian assistance to Kyiv but will not send weapons or troops, while affirming Ukraine’s right to defend its territorial integrity.
