Mükafatın münsiflər heyəti Elnarə Qasımovanın Azərbaycan həbsxanasından hazırladığı yazıların böyük cəsarət nümunəsi olduğunu bildirib. Münsiflər jurnalistin yığcam, faktlara əsaslanan və emosional mühakimələrdən uzaq yazı üslubunu da yüksək qiymətləndiriblər.
