Democrats have secured control of both the U.S. House and Senate in the 2026 midterm elections, according to ABC News. Democrats have won 54 Senate seats compared with 44 for Republicans, while the races in Alaska and Mississippi remain too early to call. In the House, Democrats have won 241 seats and Republicans have won 162, with dozens of races still uncalled.
🇸🇦🇾🇪 Saudi Arabia asked the Houthis what it would take to stop the attacks.
They came back with a $51 BILLION invoice.
The Houthis reportedly say that’s the bill for years of Saudi airstrikes and a long blockade.
On top of the cash, they want Riyadh to officially recognize them as Yemen’s rulers.
They have the leverage to ask.
In October they hit Saudi airports and Aramco facilities almost daily, and their fighters are now about 50 miles from Aden, closer than at any point since 2015.
Help isn’t coming either.
