“Exclusively Politically Motivated”: Vardevanyan on Searches of the Karapetyans’ Homes NA Vice-Speaker Aram Vardevanyan commented to journalists on the searches being conducted at the homes of Samvel and Narek Karapetyan, noting that “this is probably part of the package of special proposals.” According to him, special forces vehicles are at the scene, while NSS officers are inside the house. “Such actions were expected. Do not look for any legal grounds here. This is exclusively a politically commissioned operation carried out under political instructions and orders,” Vardevanyan said.
