Trump Says He Will Work with Democrats for the Good of the United States US President Donald Trump said he does not intend to spend the next two years merely vetoing congressional decisions and will work with Democrats for the good of the country. “We will work with the Democrats to ensure the well-being of our country. This is very important… I don’t want to just sit around for two years vetoing everything,” Trump told Politico. The US Democratic Party is projected to win a Senate majority following the congressional midterm elections, securing at least 51 seats in the upper chamber, according to Bloomberg.

US President Donald Trump said he does not intend to spend the next two years merely vetoing congressional decisions and will work with Democrats for the good of the country.
“We will work with the Democrats to ensure the well-being of our country. This is very important… I don’t want to just sit around for two years vetoing everything,” Trump told Politico.
