🇬🇧🇮🇷 Iran has designated Britain’s Royal Navy and Royal Air Force as terrorist organizations and classified the country’s MI6 intelligence agency as a hostile group.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry also accused London of supporting American and Israeli military operations against Iran by providing military equipment, access to British-controlled bases and logistical assistance.
Tehran announced the measures in retaliation for Britain’s decision to place the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps under its State Threats Act in July.
Under the announced measures, MI6 will be treated as a hostile organization under Iranian national security legislation, while the Royal Navy and RAF will be classified as terrorist organizations.
Tehran described the decision as a reciprocal response to Britain’s actions, accusing London of violating Iranian sovereignty and international law.
The announcement comes as Qatar continues mediating negotiations between Washington and Tehran over Iran’s nuclear program, sanctions and navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.
With Iran having probably targeted RAF Fairford in the UK recently, Britain will have no choice but to treat the designation with the utmost seriousness.

Saudi Arabia’s energy giant Aramco has completed a deal to acquire a 49 per cent stake in Saudi AI company HUMAIN, as the Kingdom expands its investment in artificial intelligence.
Aramco says it will contribute approximately $2.6 billion in cash in 2026 and transfer key AI assets, while Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) retains a 51 per cent stake.
The deal supports HUMAIN’s plans to develop 3 gigawatts of AI data centre capacity by 2030, serving growing regional and global demand for AI computing.
