The tankers being targeted are smaller river and coastal tankers weighing about 7,000 dwt, about 140 meters in length, built between 2006 and 2012. They all appear to have been at anchor on the north side of the Kerch Strait, and are assumed to have been transporting fuel products to Crimea and, possibly, coastal communities along Russia’s Black Sea coastline. #OSINT #Ukraine
