Unlike foreign rescue teams, the Israeli mission was tasked with building a national plan for reconstruction and building demolition. It is headed by Home Front Command Chief of Staff Brig. Gen. Elad Edri.

An estimated 3,000 people were killed, with hundreds still missing. The quakes destroyed entire neighborhoods in the coastal area below Caracas.

A SOCAR petrol station in southern Ukraine’s Mykolaiv region was damaged in a Russian drone attack on Sunday evening, prompting Azerbaijan to summon Russian Ambassador Mikhail Yevdokimov and lodge a formal protest.

According to SOCAR Energy Ukraine, three Russian-launched Shahed drones struck the station in the village of Nechayane, damaging the administrative building.
