Lithuania closes its border with Belarus

The Lithuanian government announced that the border will remain closed until November 30, after which it will decide whether to extend the restrictions.

Earlier, Lithuania had indefinitely shut its border with Belarus over the issue of helium balloons carrying smuggled cigarettes.

Massive Ukrainian drone and missile attacks against Russian oil and chemicals industries this morning. All the following locations were hit and set on fire:

– Stavrolen chemical plant (Lukoil)
A major producer of polyethylene and petrochemicals in Stavropol Krai, Russia.

– NS Oil refinery, capacity of 6 million tons per year. It was struck in the Ulyanovsk region of Russia.

– Mari oil refinery, capacity of 1.6 million tons per year. It produces gasoline, fuels, and bitumen feedstock. It was hit in the Mari El region of Russia.

– The Oil depot near Simferopol CHP and ATAN facility in Gvardeyskoye were hit in Simferopol in Russian-occupied Crimea.
