Neither Obama nor Biden, nor any other American, has behaved like this in the macro picture. I have no doubt that every President has pushed the limits here and there and stepped too far now and then. Even breaking a law. I would be shocked if that were not the case. The flock COMPARES Trump to the rest in a feeble attempt to even things out.
