Yes it works but keep it low. 30-45mg works just fine @ 100MG you’re likely to get more of a DXM effect than a kratom-opioid effect. It’s not perfect, in fact sometimes the mix makes me dysphoric and agitated but overall yes it does work. I usually take DXM 30 minutes before my kratom dose. Cimetidine is also another one you might try.
