At a minimum, they can backfill jobs behind the lines and free-up manpower for the front. We can all see that this is no longer about how many ATACMS Ukraine has. It is about putting boots on the ground to defeat Russian advances. In a twisted way, UAVs have brought us back to bloody mass assaults and trench warfare because equipment and artillery can’t last 2-days and neither side can gain air superiority.
