South Korea’s spy agency said it had confirmed that North Korea sent more than a thousand special operations forces to Russia to help them with their war on Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has claimed North Korea has supplied Russia with ten thousand soldiers but Washington has not confirmed either of the claims. The State Department said they are closely monitoring the situation. FOX’s Gurnal Scott speaks with Alex Hogan, FOX News channel foreign correspondent, who says this comes at a time when there is concern over the deepening military relationship between Russia and North Korea.
