What is the difference between mousehover_event and mousemove_event?

The MouseMove event fires whenever the mouse moves within the bounds of the control. The MouseHover event fires just once when the mouse stops moving over the control but is still within the bounds of the control. This event will not fire again until the MouseEnter event has fired again. Events do not have values such as True and False.
