According to Ukrainian presidential adviser Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov, the operation involved Ukraine’s leading electronic warfare manufacturers, working around the clock to produce and install equipment. The General Staff, Defense Ministry, Interior Ministry, National Security and Defense Council, President’s Office, and other military units participated in the effort, which he said was under the president’s constant supervision. Beskrestnov claims the system forced Russia to pause, modify its Shahed drones, and search for alternative solutions.

The reported deployment highlights Ukraine’s growing emphasis on electronic warfare as a critical layer of air defense.
