In Kursk, ‘a long temporary period ahead’ for Russians fleeing the Ukrainian-occupied zone

The Russian authorities have organized aid almost two months after the invasion of part of the region. The 150,000 Russian refugees are torn between the anguish of being far from home and, for some, the feeling of having been abandoned.
