Hurricane Milton slams Florida causing deaths and flooding

The cyclone landed as a Category 3 storm on Wednesday evening. Before Milton even made landfall, tornados touched down across the state, killing several residents. More than 1.5 million homes and businesses were without power Wednesday night in Florida.
