I think, Mr. Belousov, regarding your (and also Putin’s and the “Politburo’s”) thesis re: “Armed Confrontation with the West”: Not quite yet. Let the sleeping dog sleep, as they say. Your bone of contention is with Ukraine. And there are a lot of bones there, in those black bags, too. Aggressive anti-Western stance is not in Russia’s long term historical interests, and these types of the mistakes, on a State level, are costly.
