𝗕𝗨𝗟𝗞 𝗖𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗥 𝗦𝗡𝗔𝗣𝗦 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗪𝗢 𝗔𝗧 𝗕𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗕𝗕𝗔𝗦 The bulk carrier Luni, St. Kitts and Nevis flagged, Turkish operated, has broken in half at anchor in the northern Strait of Hormuz, off Bandar Abbas, Iran. Video confirms flat calm seas at the time of failure. The vessel was at anchor, not underway. No dynamic strain was present when the hull gave way. She has since settled onto the shallow bottom, hull submerged amidships, bow and stern both exposed at opposing angles. Crew evacuated safely. No cause has been confirmed. #OSINT #Iran
